oh man. people, you should really be reading patti's myspace blog. it's freaking hilarious. serious, if you ever get down on yourself, take a trip to pattiland and you'll cheer up real quick.
i'm starting to see the toll that my body is taking now that i don't live in walking capitol of the world. i realize now that i used to get so much exercise by all the walking i did each week. no wonder i was able to get away with all that crappy eating. now i'm fattening it up again. it's really sad. i miss my friends and my roommates and the guys from upstairs. i think i only disliked it when i was there was because i knew it was fake and bound to end. so temporary, and i never got a chance to evaluate it as a more permanent life. my cat chewed through my ipod headphones so only one ear works. it's not fun and it's totally ruining my listening experience.
King Kong (2005): the special effects are sometimes really impressive, but sometimes barely rivaling an xbox game. naomi watts proved me wrong and did amazing. and the way kong was done was perfect. i think those are the two things that outshone everything else. there were some random stories going on with some of the ship's crew that was pointless and should have been cut. i didn't believe in the "love story" behind watts and that pollock in the pianist. i can't think of his name right now. it just happened too quick to be believable. sorry for peter, but nothing he'll ever do again will compare to lotr. there were a ton of times when stuff would just all fall into place for the hero's, which makes it all unbelievable. it's decent and i guess, barely, worth seeing in theaters.
